Letino Festival

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Letino Festival mobile application (the “App”, available on iOS and Android) and the website www.letinofestival.com handle information. The App is a companion guide to the Letino Festival: it lets you browse the program, guests, workshops, exhibitions and practical information. It is published by the Letino Festival team (“we”, “us”).

Short version: the App is read-only. It has no accounts and no login, we do not ask you for your name, email or address, we do not track your location, we do not use advertising, and we do not sell your data. The only personal data involved is an anonymous push-notification token (only if you enable notifications) and standard technical server logs.

1. Information we process

2. Information we do not collect

3. Why we process this data

We process the limited data above solely to: deliver push notifications you opted into, provide and display festival content, enable offline use, and keep the service secure and functioning. We rely on your consent for notifications and on our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable app for the rest.

4. Third-party services

The App uses OneSignal to deliver push notifications. When you enable notifications, OneSignal processes the anonymous push token described above on our behalf. See the OneSignal Privacy Policy. Push delivery also relies on Apple Push Notification service (iOS) and Firebase Cloud Messaging / Google Play services (Android) as the underlying transport. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

5. Data retention

Push tokens are kept only while notifications are enabled and are removed when you disable them or uninstall the App. Technical server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics and are then deleted or anonymised. On-device cached content lives only on your device.

6. Children

The App is a general-audience festival guide and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. Because the App holds no account and no directly identifying data, the simplest way to stop all optional processing is to disable notifications and/or uninstall the App. To make a request or ask a question, contact us at [email protected].

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here at this same URL.
